A. In order to access confidential information over the Internet, including personal account data, Travel website requires that a "secure session" be established. Certain browsers and connections need to be utilized.

A. To benefit from SSL technology, you will need a browser with SSL capabilities. A: In order to access the Travel home page, you will not need to use a password. The Air Tickets, Hotel, Package Tours Reservation Gateway and membership profile information is password protected. The first time you enter the website, you will need to create and register a new membership. This will require completion of a Membership Registration found on the registration page, which requests an email address and password, along with other details. You will also be asked to confirm the information and accept the Terms and Conditions.

A. To become a member, please click the "New Member Registration" link on the Home Page. Then, fill out the mandatory and other information with the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Click the "Register" button to complete the process.

Q. Why can I still see some of my account information even after I have logged off of Travel website?
A. Browser software often "caches" pages as you look at them, meaning that some pages are saved in your computer's temporary memory. Therefore, even after logging off, you may find that clicking on your back button shows you a saved version of a previously viewed page. If you use your computer in a public place, and are uncomfortable with leaving these pages in temporary memory, then please quit/exit your browser before leaving. A. Most probably, you are using Netscape browser software, version 4.0 or higher, with "disable cookies" chosen. You should make the following changes: click on "Edit", then select "Preferences", then select "Advanced" (not the plus sign next to advanced). Finally, choose either "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server" or "Warn me before accepting a cookie" and press "OK". This change will allow us to confirm your identity and send you confidential account information.

A. The Air Booking System will search the availability from the CRS (Central Reservation System) / GDS (Global Distribution System) to get the real-time information. Sometimes, if there is no flight on your selected day, your selected fare does not meet the flight terms & conditions or seats not available, the CRS/GDS will not return any result. You can try to select flight on alternative dates or difference fares.

Q. Can I reserve my preferred seat allocation?
A. Yes, you can choose your preferred seat allocation (e.g. window, aisle) at the reservation page (Step 4) but it is on request only. It will depends on the final confirmation of the airline.

Q. How can I accumulate my Frequent Flyer mileage when I do the reservation online?
A. You can enter the appropriate Frequent Flyer membership number at the reservation page (Step 4) and the information will be sent to airline for progress. However, some discounted fares may not be eligible for mileage accrual.

Q. Why so many different fares are listed on the pricing page (Step 2)?
A. They are representing different terms and conditions on each fares. Sometimes, the validity of the air tickets, different seasonal periods and other special terms and conditions are factors to vary the air fares. The Air Booking System can search all available fares, from the lowest, for your selection.

Q. Is the reservation confirmed after showing the confirmation page (Step 6) and received your email confirmation?
A. After the reservation process (Step 5), all information are transmitted to the GDS/CRS to hold the seat(s) and the air ticket reservation is confirmed by showing the confirmation page as well as an email confirmation will send to your registered email address. Sometimes, your reservation may not confirm due to no available of the seat(s), then the system will prompt a message to ask you redo the reservation on another flight/fare.

A. Yes, you can reserve anything on our website for others. Just put their names in the traveller(s) fields.

A. According to the airlines instruction, 12 years and over are classified as Adult, 2-11 years as Child and under 2 years as Infant. Also, Infants are not provided with a seat and must travel with an adult.
